Jackson Rathbone Excited to have 'Twilight' Family Reunion for 'Breaking Dawn'

Jackson Rathbone Excited To Have 'Twilight' 'Family Reunion' For 'Breaking Dawn'

'Eclipse' star admits he knows little about film's script, schedule.

The third movie in the "Twilight" saga, "Eclipse," doesn't hit theaters until June 30. But fans are already wondering when the crew will get together to film the last installment (or two) of the series. "Breaking Dawn" may have all the actors back on board, a release date and a director, but Jackson Rathbone, who plays Jasper Hale in the movies, admitted that he still has much to learn about the project.

"I have not spoken to ["Eclipse" director] Bill Condon yet, but I'm excited to," Rathbone told MTV News last week, when he was in Los Angeles for the MTV Movie Awards. "He's an incredible director, [an] Academy Award winner. That's amazing, so it's just another awesome director to handle the 'Twilight' franchise.

"['Twilight' director] Catherine Hardwicke brought a very independent feel. ['New Moon' director] Chris Weitz kind of made it a little more beautiful and elegant and ['Eclipse' director] David Slade's going a little darker... so I'm excited to see what Bill Condon does," Rathbone continued. "I really have no idea. I haven't even seen a script for 'Breaking Dawn' yet, to be honest. I'm right there with you, still waiting."

Rathbone admitted that he didn't quite know the timetable for shooting "Breaking Dawn," either. "I don't! I could lie though! I will lie to you," the "The Last Airbender" star teased. He then made up this scenario: "We're filming it tomorrow, all of it in one day. We're just gonna drink a lot of Red Bulls and we're gonna have a green screen and go through it; no script even. We're gonna make it up. You know what? We're gonna try for all tomorrow."

Many of the elements of "Breaking Dawn" are still unknown, but Rathbone is certain of one thing: He's happy that the whole cast is reuniting. "I just wanted the family to be together," he said. "We grew up [together]. Every time we get to film with one another, it's like a family reunion."

'The Twilight Saga: ECLIPSE' Soundtrack set to lead the charts!

"Eclipse" soundtrack fights for top album spot

Keith Caulfield

Fri, Jun 4 2010LOS ANGELES (Billboard) -
The U.S. album chart is finally heating up after a lengthy lackluster spell, with the latest "Twilight" soundtrack set to lead a trio of notable newcomers.

"The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" is going up against Christina Aguilera's first studio release in nearly four years and the latest EP from the cast of the Fox TV show "Glee."

Industry prognosticators think "Eclipse" will likely debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, with possibly as much as 140,000 to 160,000 copies sold by week's end on June 13. The last "Twilight" release, "New Moon," was released on a Friday and sold 115,000 in just three days, debuting at No. 2. In its first full week, it sold 153,000 and moved up to No. 1.

Sources also predict that the "Glee" album, "Journey to Regionals," might sell around 110,000 to 130,000 while Aguilera's "Bionic" could move 100,000 to 120,000 copies.

Revelations from the screencaps from the ECLIPSE Clips from fellow Tweep .@amcarter

I received these screencaps with analysis from @amcarter - I had noticed already before in the scene where Edward knocks down the tree with Victoria in it, that Seth in his Wolf form was standing to the right of the tree, but I had not noticed that Riley was in the scenes as well.  Check these out:

These three HD Screencaps are from the promo "EVENT."

1. I see Seth and Riley between the branches at about half screen slightly to the right.

2. I see Riley and Seth again, half screen, toward the bottom.

3. Is it just me, or is Esme smiling as she attacks. Who knew she had a sick, torturous side? I like it.

AND From 'The Twilight Saga ECLIPSE' playing cards - look closely and you will see Bree standing in between Edward and Alice.

Thanks to @amcarter for bringing these things to our attention!
