Kings of Leon - NEW SONG & VIDEO! Radioactive

Kings of Leon, the band that got 'Use Somebody' stuck in your head, is back with a new album, 'Come Around Sundown', and have finally released a brand new single and video. 'Radioactive', the first single off the new album due out October 19th, is remininescent of their 2008 breakout album 'Only By The Night' with its southern rock roots flavored with a dash of gospel led by Caleb Followill's strong voice.

Even the video evokes a classic southern feel with its sepia tone, performance in a dusty old barn, and a hometown outdoor picnic that's capped off with a sprinkler fight and fishing trip. You can almost smell the lemonade. The guys look comfortable and like they're enjoying themselves alongside the children's choir who add a powerful presence to the song. Is this a new direction for Kings of Leon or are they easing back to a familiar sound? Does the song get you excited to hear the rest of the album? Kings of Leon are currently out on tour with The Black Keys, another band definitely worth a listen if you enjoy KOL's sound. Enjoy the video below and make sure to keep an ear out for 'Come Around Sundown'. The next song to get stuck in your head just may be on it.
