On April 27, 2011 71 Tornadoes Ripped Apart my Home State - Alabama
I know you may get tired of my tweeting over and over about something that may have no effect on you. But to the family, loved ones and friends of the 248 Alabamians that lost their lives on April 27, 2011; openly expressing our thoughts, feelings, etc. is part of the healing process.
SEVENTY-ONE tornadoes ripped apart my home state of Alabama on April 27, 2011. My town was hit with the first storms that came through about 6:40 a.m. Our town was then hit again by more tornadoes through out the remainder of the day. We are one of the fortunate ones, we only lost a vehicle, some shingles to our roof and a portion of our fencing around our back yard. Many lost way way more!
Below are some videos of the destruction that has been left to my beautiful home state of Alabama. Please if you are where you can make a donation to The Red Cross, The Salvation Army or one of the many charitable organizations that are working tirelessly to enable our state to get back on our feet. Many of our towns have years and years of rebuilding. One town lost 31 of the 32 buildings that made up the down town district. YES 31 of the 32 buildings!
At lunch today I saw a donation jar for a 10 year old little boy that is still in ICU with injuries he sustained during one of the tornadoes. The rest of his family died that day. This little boy does not yet know this.
There is one thing our state continues to need, and that is your PRAYERS! Thank you all to my Twitter friends for allowing me to express myself in our time of hurt and pain.

The 2011 MTV Movie Awards are less than a month away, on Sunday, June 5, and "Twilight" hunk Robert Pattinson is hoping he and Kristen Stewart can once again take home the prize for Best Kiss.
"It's kind of terrifying if you suddenly stop winning it. You're like, 'Oh God!' " Pattinson told MTV UK about his chances this year after winning at back-to-back shows.
This year, Stewart is not only nominated for kissing Pattinson in "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," but also onscreen romantic rival Taylor Lautner. "It's almost worse than if you stop winning, like, acting awards or whatever," Pattinson continued, sharing his disappointment at the idea of losing this year. "If you can't kiss anymore, it's like, 'What? I'm still good at kissing!' "

So much for immortality. Vampire Edward Cullen is gone. The fanged teeth have been put into storage. The glittering makeup has hit the Hefty bag. Bring on the sunlight.
By the time you’re reading this article, Robert Pattinson will have wrapped his final scene for “Breaking Dawn: Part 2.”
In a way, he’s breaking up with his ethereal BFF.
“It does feel like a breakup. I do love the guy — and I’m going to miss him,” Pattinson, 24, says during an interview with the Sun-Times on a cool Sunday afternoon from his hotel suite in Santa Monica, Calif. “I prefer to think of ending this franchise like leaving school. It’s the last day of high school.”
He mulls over the plusses of leaving behind his romantic alter ego.
“I’ll be very glad not to put those contacts in anymore or have to put on the sparkling makeup,” he says with a giggle.
The thing about Pattinson is, he likes to giggle. A lot. Then his voice softens.
“It’s been amazing to play the same character through so many adventures. And it’s so strange because my life has changed so much over these years, but ‘Twilight’ and Edward Cullen will always be a part of me. It’s been my whole life. My whole 20s,” he says. “And I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
He knows that there is no way he’s leaving this room without spilling some secrets about “Breaking Dawn,” a two-part finale debuting in November.
“I haven’t really seen any of the footage, so I’m not sure how any of it turned out. All I can tell you is, it felt right. It was from the heart.
“I’m as curious as any ‘Twilight’ fan,” he insists.
‘A delicious, dirty world’
Fans are curious about Pattinson’s post-“Twilight” life, which includes another of the most talked about film projects of the year — “Water for Elephants,” based on the best-selling novel by Sara Gruen and opening Friday.
Pattinson plays Jacob, a veterinary student in the 1930s who forgets about his studies after his parents are killed. He opts to join a traveling circus as their vet and falls in love with the star attraction (played by Reese Witherspoon) who happens to be married to the ringmaster (Christoph Waltz).
Yes, there are love scenes with Witherspoon, but don’t expect any tabloid headlines.
“Listen, I had a cold and kept apologizing to Reese, who has since revealed to the press that I had the worst sinus infection when I was kissing her. She has said, ‘He was just sniffing all the way through.’ I guess that was her response to, ‘Reese, you’re the envy of so many girls.’”
Rebuttal?
“I shouldn’t have made my nose run,” he laments. “I was so embarrassed.”
He was thrilled to join up with a movie that thrust him into circus life.
“It’s such a delicious, dirty world,” Pattinson says. “I absolutely loved it. You’re allowed to relax, breathe and sweat in this world. There was something very real about it and it was quite a freeing experience.”

Rob Pattinson talks to VOGUE about Reese Witherspoon (More Quotes & Pictures)
Interestingly, the elephant in the room turned out to be the least of anyone’s troubles. (As Pattinson puts it, “She was the most consistently professional creature I have ever worked with.”) It was the horses—two white Andalusians and two black Friesians—that turned out to be high-strung and unpredictable. “Reese grew up around horses,” says Lawrence, “and she owns a couple that she rides now, and even she was scared of them.” Says Witherspoon: “I’ve always been a little bit of a tomboy that way, so I just always enjoy the thrill of doing something dangerous.”
She got more than she wished for. Not only did she get thrown from a horse one day, Pattinson tells a story about shooting a scene in which one of the horses is lying down in a train car with Witherspoon curled up on the ground next to it when suddenly the horse jumped to its feet and stepped on her leg. “I could see in Reese’s face that it must have hurt more than anything, and she played it off like it was absolutely nothing,” says Pattinson. “And then the next day she had this enormous bruise. It could have quite easily broken her leg, but she didn’t mention it to anybody. She is just incredibly brave that way.”
Witherspoon’s toughness was one of the main reasons Lawrence cast her in the film. “What I liked is that there’s that determination, but there’s also a sense of humor and a sense of vulnerability. It must come from her family and upbringing. You sort of feel like if she sets her mind to something, it’s going to happen—nothing is going to get in her way. And that’s part of what keeps her interesting—and oddly a little dangerous.”
Pattinson, too, thinks there’s more to Witherspoon than meets the eye. “In terms of public perception, she’s thought of as America’s Sweetheart. And she kind of is in a lot of ways. But I think that she’s a lot bawdier than that, a lot more raucous. It did actually shock me to see that. She’s tough. You wouldn’t want to get into an argument with her at all.” He laughs.
“You can always tell that she will be incredibly nice to anyone who’s not an idiot, but it’s always very clear that there’s a line you really shouldn’t cross.” (When I tell Witherspoon that Pattinson said this, her response is classic Reese: “Oh, yeah. I’m a little junkyard dog.”)

Is 'The Twilight Saga' filming at it's end?
According to the following tweet - the principal filming for 'The Twilight Saga' is drawing to an end. I don't know about you, but this saddens me deeply! What a ride it has been!!!
'Breaking Dawn' Set Security - Things getting serious for Bella & Edward's wedding!
Swathes of tarpaulin, huge marquees, road blocks and armed police, all are in place to ensure a high profile wedding goes smoothly.
But it's not preparations for the Royal Wedding later this month - nor is it a high profile celebrity tying the knot.
For when Will marries Kate the wedding will be coursing with blue blood, and the couple who will wed against this backdrop are more concerned with the red variety.
It is of course the long awaited union of teenage vampire Edward Cullen and his human paramour Bella Swan.
